Every order ships with tracking. The link is waiting in two places, no order-number lookup needed.

    When your order leaves us, we send a "Your order is on its way" email with a live tracking link. Search your inbox for Melao Skin, and check your spam folder if it's hiding.

    Log in with the email you used at checkout to see every order and its current status in one place.

    Parcel late, lost or looking wrong? Send us your order number and a real person will chase it within one business day. Contact the care team
